Hello. My name is Chris Stichter,  and I'm the owner and sole inspector of Green Valley Inspection Services. With over 19 years of experience, a quality home inspection is my highest priority.  I pride myself on providing my clients with the information needed to make the right decisions.  Keen attention to detail is key to accurately evaluating the components of the home. I have worked hard over the years to become a trusted leader in the field.  In addition to being a licensed home inspector, I have also been a licensed termite inspector since 1994.  

Each inspection not only meets, but exceeds the ASHI Standards of Practice set for by the State of Arizona. I provide an infrared scan for every inspection.  Infrared (thermal imaging) is an advanced, non-invasive technology that allows me to see conditions (moisture intrusion, energy loss, electrical overheating, etc,) that can't be revealed using conventional inspection methods.  

I always encourage the clients to attend the inspection.  This is a great opportunity  for you to learn about the home and its current condition.  It also gives me the opportunity to understand your concerns and expectations.  You may not be familiar with building construction in this area and I am happy to give you information on keeping your home safe and well maintained in the future.  I am a long time resident of the area and always available to answer your questions even after you have purchased your new home.
